Pasta with Tuna and Red Peppers
Ingredients2 large red peppers 400g pasta 1 chopped onion 2 chopped garlic cloves 2 tbsp olive oil 185g tuna Olives (as many as you want!) Parsley and basil
What To DoQuarter, deseed and chargrill the red peppers. Let them cool and then skin and slice.
Cook the pasta, drain and keep back 4 tbsp of the cooking water for later.
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic cloves in the olive oil and then add in tuna, olives, parsley and basil.
Next mix the peppers and the cooking water with the above.
