Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I've not always been a fan of mashed potatoes, to enjoy them i've found that they either have to be drenched in gravy or mixed with salad to make a great potato salad. However the video below has got my mouth watering. I love garlic and mixing it with potatoes is such a fantastic idea!
